Bookings Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and you see a confirmation with your ticket(s). Until then, seats or tickets held during checkout are reserved temporarily and may be released if payment is not completed in time.

2. Prices, taxes and fees

Ticket prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes (including GST) and any delivery or convenience fees are shown before you pay. The amount payable is the total displayed at checkout.

3. Entry and QR codes

Each ticket includes an entry QR code that is scanned at the venue. A QR code is valid for a single entry and may require a matching valid photo ID. Do not share screenshots of your QR — a code that has already been scanned will be rejected.

4. Delivery and collection

Where the Organiser offers it, tickets or passes may be delivered to your address, collected at a counter, or collected at a venue window, as chosen at checkout. For home delivery, you are responsible for providing a correct, reachable address; delivery is available only in serviceable areas.

Delivery may be confirmed by an OTP shared with the delivery partner at handover. Keep your registered mobile number reachable.

5. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

Cancellation and refund eligibility, deadlines, and any deductions follow the Organiser’s policy for the event and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If the Organiser cancels or reschedules the event, you will be notified and refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method.

6. At the venue

Entry is subject to the venue’s and Organiser’s rules, security checks, and any age or conduct restrictions. The Organiser may refuse or revoke entry for breach of these rules without refund.

7. Liability

The event is provided by the Organiser. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Organiser nor Entrio is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your attendance, beyond the value of the ticket.
