Cancellation & Refund Policy

Friends Garba reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website, purchase of passes, or participation in the event shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.

No refund, whether full or partial, shall be granted in the event an attendee is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or any other circumstance not attributable to the organiser.

All pass purchases made for Friends Theme Garba 2026 are final and binding. Once a booking has been successfully confirmed, the pass shall not be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances, except where expressly approved in writing by the organiser.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser, the provisions contained under the “Indemnity & Force Majeure” section of the Terms & Conditions shall apply. Attendees are advised to refer to the Terms & Conditions for the applicable rights, obligations, and limitations of liability.

Where a refund is expressly approved by Friends Garba or is required under applicable law, such refund shall be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to verification by the organiser.
